A few days ago you processed a request related to your order test_name at test_name. As reflected in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when placing your order, you were obligated to return the product on time and unused.
However, test_name has rejected your return because you ultimately decided to keep the products.
If you have finally decided to return them, please reply to this email to rectify the error as soon as possible and thus remove you from our list of recoveries to avoid incurring future penalties.
If, on the other hand, you have not processed your return in due time and in acceptable form, you must pay the amount corresponding to the rejected products to avoid additional charges (up to €20) and the inclusion of your data in solvency files.
