A few days ago you processed a request related to your order test_name at test_name. As reflected in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when placing your request, you were required to return products on time and unused.
Unfortunately, test_name has rejected your return because it appears that the conditions have not been met.
If it is a mistake and you have processed your return correctly, please reply to this email as soon as possible to correct the error and thus remove you from our refund list to avoid incurring future penalties.
If, on the other hand, you have not processed your return in due time and in acceptable form, you must pay the amount corresponding to the rejected products to avoid additional charges (up to €20) and the inclusion of your data in solvency files.
