Important: Changes to Your Reveni Account
Hello,
We’ve noticed that you’ve recently deactivated your direct debit. As a result, please note that:
  • Instant refunds will be disabled – Since direct debit is required to process instant refunds, these will no longer be available.
  • Integrated logistics using Reveni’s contracts will be deactivated – Return labels and logistics services managed through our contracts will no longer be accessible.
The integrated logistics with our contracts will be deactivated:
  • #12345 - Shipping Co.
  • #67890 - DHL drones
If this was an unintentional change or if you’d like to continue using these services, please reactivate the direct debit as soon as possible. Let us know if you need any help with this process at merchants@reveni.io.
