The return corresponding to order 4250472, with tracking number 12345, is at risk of being held in customs.
If that were to happen, in order to have the package released as a re-import without duty and VAT costs, we need you to provide us with the export invoice and the C88/SAD (Single Administrative Document) file of the original export.
If you don't have this documentation, please let us know if you authorize the logistics operator to release for consumption (this entails an additional cost to pay duties and/or VAT).
If the goods are not cleared (either as reimportation or for consumption), they risk being abandoned and destroyed at customs.
